Knitting Lady-Chianni
Inspired by a simple everyday moment in my Tuscan village of 
Chianni, this painting captures a lady quietly knitting outside her 
hardware shop, completely absorbed, unaware she was becoming 
a painting. I was drawn to the gentle rhythm of her hands and the warmth of village life, where these small moments often say the most.
 
Part of my ongoing exploration of real life scenes and human connection, this piece reflects the atmosphere and feeling of Chianni as much as the figure herself.
