I loved the symbolism of the lemon tree as I painted this piece.
A lemon tree can carry buds, blossom and ripe fruit at the same time.
Beginnings, possibility and fulfilment all existing together.
 
All That Is To Come is a reminder that however full life already is, there can always be something new waiting to begin.
 
Painted in expressive loose brushstrokes with fresh Mediterranean blues, greens and yellows, this original lemon painting was inspired by 
my time in Tuscany.
