The Afternoon Room
Oil on box canvas
20x20cm

A small study exploring a reflective interior overlooking the harbour, where cool sea light and warm afternoon tones meet. Painted with loose, atmospheric brushwork, the figure remains softly unresolved, allowing the feeling of stillness and contemplation to take centre stage.

Part of a new body of work focused on quiet, in-between moments and the relationship between figure and place.
